I love presenting. I thoroughly enjoy public speaking. Why does pitching scare the holy bejeezus out of me? I do know why to be honest. It's because I'm trying to articulate my brain child and the onus is 100% on me to do that effectively, and make it not sound like I'm some numpty who can't come up with any solid idea.
A bloody nightmare right? Believe it or not, this one went okay - both my lecturers for Radio were there; one via Skype funnily enough, which definitely took an aura out the room if not the intimidating sub-text to the situation.
Pitch finished. Ideas knocked around, focus narrowed, and armpits of light-blue buttoned up shirt turned navy. Baby we did it. In all honesty it was massively helpful and now I'm far more confident in what I want to go all in on, meaning interviews can start to be set up and dates set in (soft) stone. ONWARDS!
